Our mission at Lalor Elementary School is to provide a healthy and safe environment where scholars are supported and challenged to become leaders.   We are committed to building a culture of character and respect that embraces diversity.  Our highly qualified staff recognizes the importance of developing partnerships with families and community members.  Our school provides a rich learning experience that fosters creativity, innovation, and encourages lifelong learning for a changing world.

3. Lalor Elementary School staff will be valued as partners in educational practice with administration and engaged in collaborative decision making among colleagues and key stakeholders around schoolwide decisions.

   • Involve staff in decision making/ open and respectful communication among staff
   • Continued use of PLCs to foster partnerships among all staff.
   • Collaborate on plans to address student social-emotional needs.
